Payment policy:
- Pre-payment (by credit card): for definitive booking a pre-payment of 30 % of the total amount is required. If the guests do not arrive the pre-payment will be deducted.
- Guests wishing to depart earlier than arranged will be charged the full agreed amount less meals (EUR 13,00 evening meal and EUR 7,00 breakfast per person and night)
- Prices in previous brochures no longer apply
- Regulated in accordance with Austrian Hoteliers jurisdiction
Cancellation policy:
According to Austrian. Hotel Terms and conditions for cancellation, the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days before departure, we charge 80% of the total price. In case of early departure we will charge you the price of the remaining nights. Jurisdiction Innsbruck. We offer our guests a trip cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance: European travel insurance.
