Climbing in PillerseeTal in Tyrol

Tyrol: a climbers’ paradise

The Tyrol is often described as a paradise for walking, mountaineering and climbing. With its sheer unlimited choice of mountains and rock walls, the Heart of the Alps is a top destination for rock climbers and bouldering fans.

Fixed rope routes and rock-climbing in varied degrees of difficulty with wonderful panorama-views and a "high ropes course" which is open all the year... Climbing in the PillerseeTal a great experience of nature.

There are countless indoor and outdoor walls to be conquered. The holiday region alone offers 280 different routes for climbing acrobats.

Climbing enthusiasts find countless routes at different levels of difficulty. Still: make sure to pick routes that correspond to your ability! Beginners and amateurs who want to improve are advised to attend one of the many climbing courses. Safety comes first.

For experienced climbers Fieberbrunn has numerous routes of varying difficulty. Having conquered the steep rock walls of Fieberbrunn you will have a bird’s eye view of the Pillersee Valley.

At the outset we would recommend a fixed rope route or a climbing garden. In a secured climbing garden it is much easier to improve one's skills and to achieve higher and more difficult climbing levels.

Everyone can choose a route according to its abilities. A perfect training terrain also for beginners!
