Payment policy:
- Pre-payment (by credit card): for definitive booking a pre-payment of 30 % of the total amount is required. If the guests do not arrive the pre-payment will be deducted.
- Guests wishing to depart earlier than arranged will be charged the full agreed amount less meals (EUR 13,00 evening meal and EUR 7,00 breakfast per person and night)

Arrival and Departure is always possible. Rooms and Apartments are available after 3:00 p.m. The rooms will be reserved for you till 7:00 p.m. On the departure-day the rooms have to be vacant at least at 10:00 a.m.
Terms of payment:
- Prepayment (by creditcard): To guarantee the reservation, you are asked to prepay 30 % of the final cost. No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
- At premature departure, the full price of the reserved half-board will be cleared, till to the prefixed departure.
- All prices heretofore loose on validity.
